This is a legit method that implies physical work with the eye muscles. During the work, the eyes perform different movements that help the eye muscles return to their natural shape and function. Similar to other muscles, when their ability is limited, physical therapy helps bring them back to their natural function.

This method is safe if you do it properly. Evaluation is required before starting. It will show if the method is a fit for the person. There are certain contraindications. This method should not be used for individuals with:
